We strive to provide delegates with unique and exclusive content. We will not consider sessions that will be presented at other events in the first six months of 2026.
Who can speak?
Diversity is integral at the FD Show – all speakers are welcome. Never presented before? Not a problem. We want to give new voices a platform to grow in the community. If you need some help before submitting, just reach out to Caroline Hobden – Event Director.

Important information
It is a two-day event hosted at Excel London on 13-14 May 2026. Make sure you and any co-speakers are available on both of these dates before submitting.
The exact time and date of your session will be confirmed if your application is approved. You have 40 minutes for your session – we suggest presenting for 30-35 minutes and allowing 5-10 minutes for questions at the end.
This is not the place to pitch your product – all seminars at the FD Show are CPD-accredited. We want presentations that educate and entertain – presentations that will truly help our audience get better at what they do.
Please note that unfortunately we cannot pay speaker fees or provide reimbursement of expenses incurred when speaking.
