Euan recently joined Bright Software Group as Head of AI, where he is responsible for building AI capabilities that deliver real value across the Bright product suite. Prior to Bright, he was Director of AI & Innovation at ContactEngine, a leading conversational AI vendor, where he built and led the AI team. Euan holds an MBA with Distinction from the University of Oxford and has a background in management consulting, bringing a strong blend of technical expertise and strategic insight to AI in enterprise software.
