Emma is the CEO of Unitas, a higher education provider for the youth and criminal justice sector. Her appointment to CEO follows a journey that started with AAT 20 years ago in a very male dominated environment.  With both a physical and hidden disability Emma worked hard to overcome the stigmas attached to forge herself a path as a woman in senior leadership. Emma is proud of achieving what she was told would never be possible for someone like her; now a CEO, a business mentor and a successful disabled woman in a senior leadership role.
