The ugly progress of the profession

At last years’ Accountex event, Lucy & Steve uncovered challenging and shocking truths about the gender dynamics in the profession. The hope was that this would have been an inflection point for the profession, to drive Approachability, Accountability and Accessibility for all to improve the gender balance, but has real change happened in a year. In this followup session, Lucy & Steve will explore the current state of gender equality in and around the profession, what progress has been made to improve the balance – ultimately reflecting on where the profession is heading and what we can all do to make serious change!
