Alex has spent the past 20 years working in the banking, payments and fintech sectors including as the UK CFO and CEO of Klarna, and is currently serving as the CEO of Salad Group, an award-winning provider of fair and affordable lending. Having qualified as a chartered accountant with PwC and volunteered throughout his professional career, he co-founded Charterpath in 2020 to inspire more finance professionals into skills-based volunteering.
