Andrea is Director of Learning at ICAEW. She is a qualified accountant with a passionate interest in learning and development. Since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2010, Andrea has been heavily involved in various aspects of training and learning for both ACA trainees and ICAEW members. In her time at ICAEW, Andrea has led a number of initiatives to enhance the ACA qualification including the introduction of data analytics software within the ACA and, more recently, Specialised Learning. She also led ICAEW’s response to the initial level 4 and level 7 apprenticeships.
