Catia Franco is the Founding Director of CP Franco Accounts & Finance Ltd and Fellow Member of AAT (FMAAT). A mentor-first leader, she’s passionate about developing people-supporting AAT apprentices and junior finance professionals to build confidence, capability, and career momentum.

Through her work in the property-management sector, Catia leads hands-on teams through high-pressure change-clearing backlogs, improving reporting, and embedding scalable ways of working-while coaching individuals to step up, take ownership, and grow into leadership themselves.
