Claire began her career as a trainee in a small Nuneaton practice in 2002, qualifying AAT in 2005 and ACA in 2008. She became the youngest partner in a growing Midlands group in 2013, leading significant growth and advisory expansion. Through rapid expansion, PE investment and Covid-driven change, Claire has been instrumental in managing transformation, culture and people leadership. Now Head of Digital Transformation at Nuvo, she drives tech adoption, automation, AI and MTD for IT across the group, empowering Digital Champions through a collaborative approach.
