Craig possesses over 25 years of specialized experience in fraud and related criminal activities, with extensive work spanning both the banking and insurance sectors. His career includes a secondment as a financial investigator with the Dedicated Card and Payment Crime Unit (DCPCU). For the past 12 years, he has served as the UK Head of Commercial Policy Fraud and Intelligence for AXA Insurance.

A strong advocate for collaboration and partnership, Craig has been recognized as the only private sector member of 13 Serious and Organised Crime (SOC) Boards and Committees. He regularly collaborates with over 30 law enforcement agencies and has been invited to present at multiple National SOC Conferences.

In partnership with the National Police Chiefs’ Council, Craig plays a key role in developing a National Collaboration Charter, which establishes a framework and guiding principles for closer cooperation between law enforcement and the motor insurance industry. Additionally, he has authored and delivered a best practice guide for the insurance industry on commercial policy fraud and its links to organized crime.
