Franz leads Everest’s AI-native product vision. Prior to Everest, he spent 26 years at SAP, most recently serving as EVP of Technology. He takes a hands-on role in shaping core platform capabilities, including multi-book accounting, real-time automation, and AI-driven workflows. Franz is a strong advocate for the simplicity and elegance of integrated systems, the effectiveness of small, high-performing teams, and the principle that AI should be deeply embedded into the fabric of the platform rather than added as an overlay.
