Gemma is responsible for strengthening relationships with governments, devolved administrations and partners to enhance ACCA’s reputation and profile. She leads engagement in England, particularly with Mayoral Combined Authorities. Before joining ACCA, she worked across the skills sector, most recently leading skills for Coventry and Warwickshire Local Enterprise Partnership, supporting regional skills strategy and growth priorities. Earlier roles include the FE sector and awarding organisation OCR, where she was Head of Policy.
