Starting her career in accountancy practise over 25 years ago, Heather joined Champion Accountants Chester in January 2015, specialising in SME’s, audit and the Charity sector with

a keen enthusiasm for accountancy tech. In 2020, Heather took the opportunity to gain industry experience in a medium size group based in Manchester. During this time, she performed a successful group finance software transformation from investigating and identifying the most suitable software to implementation and training her team. Having rejoined Champion Accountants in 2024, Heather now specialises in finance technology transformations for the Champion client base, helping clients identify and address time-consuming processes within financial systems to enable the finance team to focus on quality analysis and reporting.
