Jen joined HMRC in November 2022 and has embedded service design into Making Tax Digital, spearheading the collaborative co-creation approach. She leads a team to bring together software vendors, agents, policymakers, designers, architects, and operational staff to develop practical and deliverable outcomes.

Jen has held design leadership roles in HMCTS, DfE and Business and Trade. Prior to that, she worked in the private sector designing digital products. Originally from the USA, Jen is based in London and has resided in the UK for the last 20 years.
