Lauren Wye is a sustainable finance specialist and Fellow of the ACCA. In January 2025, she set up her own business to help firms integrate sustainability across all areas—from strategy and finance to risk management and regulatory compliance. She also runs The Rena Way platform, promoting sustainable businesses across London.

Prior to this she spent seven years at Wells Fargo Capital Finance as Director of ESG Transition, before joining EY’s Sustainable Finance team leading net zero banking engagements. She is passionate about supporting companies to create long-lasting sustainable value.
