Olivia McMillan has a 20-year track record in leading SaaS businesses. Prior to becoming COO of iplicit, she was Vice President, Operations (UK & Canada) for the Toronto-based legal technology provider Dye & Durham. Before that, she oversaw customer operations at Houseful, the property tech, CRM and data company behind the Zoopla brand.
Her SaaS career began in her native Australia at realestate.com.au, one of the biggest brands in its sector. Later, working for the San Francisco-based customer service platform Zendesk, she optimised operations for organisations in the Asia-Pacific region.
