Marie-Claire and Oonagh co-founded MCO Performance a consultancy specialising in accountability-based leadership, sales enablement, and commercial growth. They work with blue-chip clients across the professional services sector in the UK and Ireland and have identified a recurring challenge: firms struggle to translate business development intent into consistent, scalable action.

To address this problem they are currently building an AI-enabled, human-led platform designed to help professional services firms grow and retain clients.
