Paddy is a senior finance leader with experience across a multitude of industries (Energy, Asset Management, Professional Services), sectors, countries (UK, USA, Canada, Uganda, Mauritius), and roles. He spent the first eight years of his career at Deloitte and the next six years at multiple start-ups and scale-ups, before a brief one-year foray into asset management.

Since mid-2025, Paddy has run his own Fractional CFO business, through which he has a diverse set of client mandates stretching from capital raising to PE-backed finance transformation.
