Ian has spent the last 20 years helping firms maximise the value they can extract from their investments in technology. Spending most of this time working on refining the back-office processes surrounding Document and Practice Management.
With a deep passion for making sure Accountants maximise their investments in technology. He often talks about the importance of blending people, process & technology.
Most recently, Ian has been building the UK team of FYI to deliver digital transformation projects for firms looking to automate their workflows.

Tara Askham is an award-winning finance educator, published author and mentor, and founder of TKA Finance Training. She helps small business owners and non-finance leaders understand their numbers with confidence, not jargon. She is a member of Xero’s Financial Confidence Taskforce, a Steering Committee member for the UK Government-backed Maple Review, a consultant to global awarding bodies including AAT, and a funding panel member for NatWest S&CC Charity. Her mission is to bridge the gap between accountants and business owners through practical, confidence-building financial education.
