My role at ACCA is to develop communities of ACCA advocates at every career stage. To build relationships and tell the compelling story of the importance of the profession, ACCA, and its members value.
The bulk of my career has been in business development; I have worked across all sectors and specialised in financial services, corporate and public.
Tamryn Dicks
Tamyrn is the founder of Pharsyde Accounting, established in South Africa in 2007. After navigating burnout and rebuilding her firm, she developed a passion for helping accountants build sustainable businesses and strong teams. She now runs an advisory and coaching practice in the UK and leads Human Edge, helping UK accounting firms solve the industry skills shortage by connecting them with highly skilled remote team members from South Africa. She also supports female-owned microbusinesses through her nonprofit work.
Ashley Price
Ashley is a Client Director at The GGI, based in the UK and the Netherlands, working globally to strengthen relationships and drive high performance. She helps design and deliver GGI’s World Class Manager programme, reaching 35,000+ managers in 30 countries. Formerly at Best Companies, she supported organisations to boost engagement. With 20+ years’ experience, she advises leaders on aligning employee feedback with strategy and delivers leadership programmes and events.
