Rob brings over a decade of practice and industry experience. He started his career at UHY Hacker Young where he became AAT and ACA qualified before progressing to Head of Tech and High Growth Sector. He then left to join industry first as Head of Finance at Flux, a VC-backed digital receipts startup, and then as CFO at Packfleet, a parcel delivery scale-up with thousands of daily deliveries. Last year, Rob founded Flexal, the first truly AI-native accounting firm, aiming to strike the perfect balance between human expertise and technology-led delivery.
