Samantha qualified in practice and is now Head of Network Development at TaxAssist with a focus on embedding continuous learning and self-improvement within the network through the ‘Training Academy’. She also takes responsibility for the continued growth and development of franchisees through in-depth consultations and coordinating a team to facilitate site visits. Her knowledge enables her to work closely with new franchisees and ensure they are set up for success from the beginning.
